Areas I work with include:

  • Anxiety and depression

  • Self-doubt and low self-esteem

  • Anger management

  • Relationship and interpersonal difficulties

  • Neurodivergence, including ADHD and autism

  • LGBTQ+ issues and gender identity support

  • Life transitions and identity questions

  • Stress and burnout

  • Bereavement and loss

How therapy can help

Therapy with me offers space to take a step back and begin to make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface.

Therapy isn’t just about reflection and exploration. It can also be a practical, supportive environment where you can try different tools and ways of working to help make meaningful changes in your life.

Therapy with me can help you:

  • Understand and manage anxiety, rather than being ruled by it

  • Build a stronger, kinder relationship with yourself

  • Gain clarity on difficult decisions and life crossroads

  • Work through relationship difficulties with more self-awareness

  • Reconnect with your values, sense of identity and purpose in life

My approach

As an integrative therapist, I draw on a range of evidence-based approaches, including person-centred, psychodynamic and CBT-informed techniques, tailoring therapy to your individual needs rather than following a fixed agenda.

My style is warm, supportive, and non-judgmental. I believe meaningful change happens through a strong therapeutic relationship built together over time.
